WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All purchases made are considered final sale; therefore, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or refunds for items. However, in the event of any errors made by the company, we are committed to rectifying them promptly. Should a product be deemed defective, your order becomes eligible for a store credit within 3 days of delivery. 

ATTENTION:

  • Kindly provide a valid email address when placing your order. This will enable us to send you updates regarding your order confirmation and shipping notifications.
  • Ensure that shipping addresses are detailed, including apartment or unit numbers if applicable.

Receiving time= Processing time + Shipping time

 

Please Note: Rich Intention$ assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Unsuccessful delivery caused by wrong/insufficient shipping address, zip code, invalid email address can not be compensated. Items may come in separate packaging.
